Adoption Partnership South East now undertakes most of the adoption work regionally. Please follow the link to their Procedures. Where the responsibility remains with the local authority, this is set out in the procedures.

However, it is important to bear in mind that many of the tasks will be carried out jointly even if one agency has the lead responsibility.
